Injection Tap is made further unique by enabling control
via the serial and Ethernet ports. Management interfaces
include the serial and telnet consoles, any web browser
and any SNMP manager. No proprietary software is required.
Controlling the Tap remotely enables the injection port
to be opened / closed by any remote IPS or console thereby
ensuring the user need not visit the Tap to open/close
the port and can thereby maintain the Tap’s stealth
advantages when injecting data.The Tap’s status indicators
including power status, link, activity, speed, any possible
buffer overflow and data injection can all be read from
the user interface.
